Enrolment conditions
For a binding enrolment in any of the language courses please fill in the electronic enrolment form on our website completely and send it to us using the send button. You may also send us your enrolment by mail to:

After having received your enrolment we send you a
confirmation requesting you to pay a deposit of 100 € (EURO) by transfer to the
bank account indicated in our confirmation of enrolment or by postal money order
to our school's address.

The remaining sum has to be paid in cash on the first day of the course in
Spain.
Once we have received your deposit we will confirm the course and
accommodation booking by return post.
As our capacities are limited we recommend to enrol 4 weeks before the course
starts. Later enrolments are possible if there is capacity available. In any
case please inform us about your estimated arrival time and the airport where
you will arrive.
Cancellations always have to be sent to in writing.
In urgent cases we recommend to send the cancellation by Email. In case of a
cancellation the following cancellation fees apply:
- until the 42nd day before the start of the course we only charge an administration fee of 15 €
- until the 21st day before the start of the course: 10% of the total price
- from the 21st day to the 8th day before the start of the course: 30% of the total price
- from the 7th day before the start of the course: 50% of the total price.
In case the applicant does not come without prior cancellation 80% of the
total price are charged.
If the applicant has already started the course and
then wants to discontinue, no refund for either the course nor the accommodation
can be made.
Minimum groups
Should there be less than 3 students in
one level, the classes take place however. In case there are 2 persons in
one group, the daily classes are reduced to 2/3 of the standard time (2 x 60
min. instead of 4 x 45 min). If there is only one person in a level, the
classes are reduced to half of the standard time (2 x 45 min. instead of 4 x 45
min).
Culture and adventure programme
The organization and
realization of the leisure time activities (excursions, transport, adventure and
sports) offered by Academia Pradoventura is not part of the contractual
obligation. In case Academia Pradoventura acts as agent on behalf of a Third
Party, the conditions of this Third Party shall apply. These conditions can be
made available upon request.
